Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Cottage cheese/panner 250 gms

  • tomato 4 nos

  • onion 3 nos

  • ginger 1 nos

  • Green chilly 2 nos

  • Mava 1 cups

  • Ice cream 1 cups

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp

  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp

  • Clasrified butter 2 tbsp

Directions

    Cut paneer in square pieces

  • 02

    Grind onion, ginger, green chilly

  • 03

    Grate mava

  • 04

    Heat clarified butter in a pan

  • 05

    Add onion, tomato paste

  • 06

    Continue cooking it on medium flame till ghee/oil begins to separate

    Add mava, cream

  • 08

    Simmer for 2 minutes

  • 09

    Add salt,red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala

    Add cottage cheese (paneer) pieceswith 1/2 cup of water

    When the gravy thickens put off the flame

  • 12

    Take off the fire and serve hot
