Sink the chillies into boiling water and take out instantly
Lay the chillies in a plate covered with muslin cloth
Place the plate in the sun for around 2 days
Blend curd and salt to taste in a bowl
Mix chillies to the curd and keep it aside for 2 hours
Take out the chillies from curd mix and place the chillies in the plate
Position the plate again in the sun until it is dried up completely
Heat oil in a pan and fry the dried chillies until crispy
Serve it with hot rice and curry
