  • 250 gms green chillies

  • 1 1/2 cups curd (yogurt)

  • 1 pinch salt to taste

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1 cups water


  • Sink the chillies into boiling water and take out instantly
  • Lay the chillies in a plate covered with muslin cloth
  • Place the plate in the sun for around 2 days
  • Blend curd and salt to taste in a bowl
  • Mix chillies to the curd and keep it aside for 2 hours
  • Take out the chillies from curd mix and place the chillies in the plate
  • Position the plate again in the sun until it is dried up completely
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the dried chillies until crispy
  • Serve it with hot rice and curry
