Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Puffed Lotus Seeds 1 cups

  • Milk 1/2 litre

  • Pure ghee 2 tbsp

  • Khoya/mawa 3 tbsp

  • Green cardamom powder 1/4 tsp

  • Almonds chopped 1 tbsp

  • Pistachios chopped 1 tbsp

Directions

    Heat ghee in a non-stick pan

  • 02

    Pour the milk into a deep non-stick pan and let it come to a boil

  • 03

    Add the lotus seed to the first pan and saute lightly

  • 04

    Take it off the heat

  • 05

    Add khoya and powdered sugar to the milk and let it boil on low heat

  • 06

    Add the lotus seed and mix lightly

  • 07

    Add green cardamom powder, almonds and pistachios

  • 08

    Mix well and take it off the heat

  • 09

    Let it cool to room temperature and then keep in the refrigerator to chill

  • 10

    Serve chilled
