Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Ripen Mangoes,Peeled and made like thick juice 3 nos

  • Broke Wheat,soaked in water 2 tbsp

  • Jaggery 6 nos

  • Coconut milk of 1 coconut-thin milk and thick mik 1 cups

  • Condensed Milk 200 gms

  • Rose water 1 tbsp

  • Cardamom podered 1 tbsp

  • Saffron 1 nos

  • Cashew and kismiss as required 1/4 cups

  • Coconut pieces 1/4 cups

  • Dalda-as required 2 tbsp

  • Salt –to Taste 1/2 pinch

Directions

    In A Heavy Bottom Pan Add The Thick Mango Juice And Jaggery Pieces And Make It Like A Pulp.

    Cook The Broken Wheat In Little Water And Add It To The Pulp And Stir Well.

    Add Required Salt And Condensed Milk.

  • 04

    Add The Thin Milk To The Mix And Stir Until The Milk Evaporates.

    Add Thick Milk And Stir Until Its Start To Evaporate.

    Add The Cardamom Powder And Mix Well Also Add Rose Water And Saffron And Take Out Of Flame.

    Saute Cashew Nut ,Kismiss,Coconut Pieces In Dalda And Add It To The Payasam.

    ransfer Payasam To A Glass Bowl And Let It Cool Naturally.

    When Cooled Keep It In Fridge For Some Time.

    Payasam Is Ready To Serve.
