Ingredients

Serves 5

  • Nutmeg(Jathika) 15 nos

  • Sugar 3/4 kgs

  • Water 1 litre

  • Lime Juice 4 tsp

Directions

    Clean and cut Nutmeg into pieces and boil it in 500 ml water in a pressure cooker for 1 whistle

  • 02

    When it gets cooled grind this boiled Nutmeg in a mixer or juicer

  • 03

    Make a sugar syrup with 500 ml water

  • 04

    Add both liquids and make a good juice syrup

  • 05

    Add concentrated lime juice to the syrup mix for more taste and to increase the shelf life as preservative

  • 06

    Dilute 1/4 cup of juice with 3/4 cup water in a mixer

  • 07

    This makes foams and pour directly to glass

  • 08

    Use ice crystals for chilling effect
