Ingredients

  • Medium size Beetroot-1(grated)

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 cup fresh yoghurt

Directions

    Clean and grate a medium sized Beetroot

  • 02

    Take a flat pan and steam the grated Beetroot, add a small pinch of salt to taste,No water is required

  • 03

    Just cooked is the right stage to turn off flame

  • 04

    When it cools down, mix fresh thick yoghurt and stir to combine,Add seasoning

  • 05

    Serve chilled with rice or rotis

  • 06

    It is cool & healthy
