  • Medium size Beetroot-1(grated)

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 cup fresh yoghurt


  • Clean and grate a medium sized Beetroot
  • Take a flat pan and steam the grated Beetroot, add a small pinch of salt to taste,No water is required
  • Just cooked is the right stage to turn off flame
  • When it cools down, mix fresh thick yoghurt and stir to combine,Add seasoning
  • Serve chilled with rice or rotis
  • It is cool & healthy
