Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 2 nos eggs (use more if required)


  • 20 gms onion


  • 6 nos curry leaves


  • 1 tsp salt, pepper


  • 10 ml coconut oil


  • 3 nos bread


  • 1 tbsp for chutney:chilly powder


  • 1 tsp coconut oil


  • 1 tsp tamarind pulp


  • 20 gms salt

Directions

  • For making chilly chutney, mix all ingredients
  • Add water for consistency
  • Preparing egg, mix all ingredients and whisk until some bubbles form
  • Heat pan and add oil
  • Pour egg mixture
  • Small flame
  • Put bread slices on top of egg mixture
  • Flip bread after a few seconds. This is to get the egg attached to the bread
  • Put 1 teaspoon chilly chutney top of omelet and bread
  • Flip bread and omelet together
  • Fold like sandwich after 10-15 seconds
