Ingredients

  • Eggs (use more if required) 2 nos

  • onion 20 gms

  • Curry leaves 6 nos

  • Salt, pepper 1 tsp

  • Coconut oil 10 ml

  • Bread 3 nos

  • for chutney:Chilly powder 1 tbsp

  • Coconut oil 1 tsp

  • Tamarind pulp 1 tsp

  • Salt 20 gms

Directions

    For making chilly chutney, mix all ingredients

    Add water for consistency

  • 03

    Preparing egg, mix all ingredients and whisk until some bubbles form

    Heat pan and add oil

  • 05

    Pour egg mixture

    Small flame

  • 07

    Put bread slices on top of egg mixture

  • 08

    Flip bread after a few seconds. This is to get the egg attached to the bread

    Put 1 teaspoon chilly chutney top of omelet and bread

  • 10

    Flip bread and omelet together

  • 11

    Fold like sandwich after 10-15 seconds
