Ingredients

Serves 7

  • Vanpayar(red beans) 2 cups

  • Jaggery(Sarkkara) 500 gms

  • Coconut Milk 3 cups

  • Cardamom(Elakka) Powder 1 tsp

  • Rice Powder 1/2 cups

  • Salt to taste 1 pinch

Directions

    Melt jaggery ,get its finest content and pour it to a bowl

  • 02

    Wash the red beans and cook it in the pressure cooker by adding a pinch of salt

  • 03

    Take second milk in a bowl

  • 04

    Add half cup rice powder in it and mix well

  • 05

    Cook it

  • 06

    Add melted finest jaggery and cooked red beans to it

  • 07

    When it boil add first coconut milk and cardamom powder

  • 08

    Mix it well

  • 09

    On its second boil,turn off the stove and keep it aside and pour it to a bowl
