Ingredients

Serves 1

  • milk 1 litre

  • vanilla pod 1 nos

  • apricots 6 nos

  • soaked rice 2 tbsp

  • pistachios 100 gms

  • almonds 100 gms

  • Sugar 2 cups

Directions

  • 01

    Simmer milk in a pan until it thickens

  • 02

    Add vanilla pod, & apricots

  • 03

    Once the milk begins to boil, add soaked rice

  • 04

    Allow it to cook

  • 05

    Add fresh chopped peaches in a bowl

  • 06

    Add kheer to it & garnish with crushed almonds & pistachios
