Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/4 kgs carrot (sliced to small pieces)


  • 4 nos green chillies (slit)


  • 1 nos ginger


  • 6 nos garlic cloves


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 tsp urad dal


  • 4 nos dried red chillies


  • 1 cups grated coconut


  • 1 cups curd


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 3 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Heat water in a pan. add salt
  • Add turmeric powder, carrot to the water and cook it well.
  • Grind the curd, ginger, green chillies, grated coconut and garlic cloves in a mixer grinder
  • Add the grinded mix to the pan and take off from the flame, before it starts boiling.
  • Heat oil in another pan, crackle mustard seeds, saute it with urad dal and dried red chillies
  • Garnish pulisserry with it. And Serve Hot.
