Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups sweet corn


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 1/2 cups cashew nuts & dry grapes


  • 1 cups milk


  • 3-4 tbsp milkmaid


  • 1 tbsp sugar


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder

Directions

  • Heat Ghee in a kadai
  • Fry Cashew nuts & Grapes
  • Remove & keep aside
  • Add Sweet Corn to the same ghee & fry for a min
  • Add Milk & boil well for 5-6 mins
  • Reduce heat & add Milkmaid, Sugar & Cardamom powder
  • Mix well
  • Add fried Cashew nuts & Grapes
  • Mix & serve
  • Note You can boil Sweet Corn for a minute before adding it to the ghee for frying
