Set your pasta on boil
Shred your cheese if not bought shredded
Half the cherry tomatoes
Whisk up your eggs till they're smooth and a pale colour
Mix the eggs with the cheese until all the cheese is saturated
Then add your milk with the cheese and egg mixture
Strain your pasta when it is aldante and transfer the pasta onto a pan
Put the butter into the pan and fry your pasta until the butter is nearly soaked up
Then add the cheese and egg mixture and stir until everything comes together
Finally add the tomatoes, lamb lettuce and the pea shoots and fry everything for a few minutes stirring occasionally
Once done plate and add some shredded cheddar on top with a few sprigs of parsley and any other crunchy veg that you might want to add.
