Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Milk 1 litre

  • Dates 1/2 kgs

  • Sugar 1/2 cups

  • Walnuts chopped 1/2 cups

  • Oatmeal 3 tbsp

  • Almonds roasted 4 tbsp

  • Cream 300 ml

  • Water 2 cups

Directions

    Cook dates with water on low flame until soft

  • 02

    Now put dates in blender and make thick paste with milk

  • 03

    Then heat more milk in pan and cook on low flame

  • 04

    Now put sugar and date paste

  • 05

    Put oatmeal, walnuts and almonds in pan and bring to boil

  • 06

    Now cool it

  • 07

    Garnish with cream and almonds and serve
