Ingredients
Serves 6
1pineapple - cut into small pieces
1 1/4 cup sugar
2cups coconut milk
2Tbsp ghee
50 gm raisins (kishmish) - fried
50 gm cashew nuts - fried
4cardamom (chhoti ilaichi) - powdered
50 gm chironji
Directions
Boil the pineapple pieces in a thick bottom pan, along with a little water, till tender
Add the ghee and saute till glossy
Add the sugar and cook till it melts
Add the coconut milk and when it comes to a boil, add the chironji and cook till it becomes tender
Add the cashews and raisins
Sprinkle the cardamom powder and mix well
Cover for 2-3 minutes and serve hot
