Ingredients

Serves 8

  • Fresh red chilli 100 gms

  • Mustard seeds 3 tbsp

  • Fennel seeds 1 tbsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Salt 1 tbsp

  • Cooking oil 5 tbsp

  • Lemon juice 1 tsp

Directions

    wash the red chillies and wipe them with kitchen towel

  • 02

    De-seed them and Cut them lengthwise

  • 03

    take another bowl mix the mustard seeds, fennel seeds, salt, turmeric powder, lemon juice and about half the oil

  • 04

    Add red chillies into this mixture and stir well

  • 05

    fill a jar with this red chilli pickle

  • 06

    Pour remaining oil into jar

  • 07

    Red Chilli Pickle Recipe is ready to be serve.
