Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Puffed ramdana (rajgira) 1 cups

  • Nova toned Milk 5 cups

  • Green cardamoms 3 nos

  • Sugar 1/2 cups

  • Nova ghee 3 tbsp

  • Almonds blanched and slivered 12 nos

  • Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp

Directions

    Bring milk to a boil

  • 02

    Reduce heat and allow to simmer for half an hour stirring continuously

  • 03

    Grind green cardamoms in a mixer with sugar to a fine powder

  • 04

    Take a pan, heat ghee, add rajgira and fry on low heat till it is roasted slightly

  • 05

    Add reduced milk to it and bring it to boil

  • 06

    Reduce heat and continue cooking for five minutes

  • 07

    Add mixture of sugar and cardamom and simmer for another five minutes

  • 08

    Add almond slivers and nutmeg powder and stir

  • 09

    Remove from heat and serve hot
