Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 nos vadukapuli naranga


  • 4 tbsp chilli powder


  • 1 pinch asafoetida


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 sprig few curry leaves


  • 4 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp mustad seeds

Directions

  • Cut the naranga, deseed them and cut into small pieces
  • Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds, when it splutters, add asafoetida, curry leaves, turmeric powder and switch off the gas
  • Add the cut naranga pieces, chilli powder, salt and mix well
  • Naranga pickle is ready
