Ingredients

  • Vadukapuli Naranga 1 nos

  • Chilli powder 4 tbsp

  • asafoetida 1 pinch

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Few curry leaves 1 sprig

  • Oil 4 tbsp

  • Mustad seeds 1 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    Cut the naranga, deseed them and cut into small pieces

  • 02

    Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds, when it splutters, add asafoetida, curry leaves, turmeric powder and switch off the gas

  • 03

    Add the cut naranga pieces, chilli powder, salt and mix well

  • 04

    Naranga pickle is ready
