Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Milk – 500 ml


  • Sugar – to taste


  • Condensed milk – 1 cup


  • Vermicelli (thin) – 1 cup


  • Grapes – 1 cup


  • Ghee – 3 tablespoons


  • Charoli (chironji) – 1tablespoon


  • Pistachios – 2 teaspoons


  • Chipped Almond – 2 teaspoon


  • Cashews – 2 teaspoons


  • Rasins – 2 teaspoons


  • Chopped coconut kernal – 1 tablespoon

Directions

  • Take grapes in a pan and add sugar to taste
  • Keep the flame on medium
  • Let the sugar melt and grapes become soft
  • Keep stirring to avoid burning
  • Then remove from heat and keep it aside
  • Take milk in a sauce pan and bring to boil
  • Add sugar and condensed milk to it
  • Mix well and lower the flame
  • Meanwhile, take a small pan and melt ghee in it
  • Then add dry fruits & coconut one by one and roast until golden
  • Also add vermicelli to it and roast till light brown
  • Then remove from heat
  • Add vermicelli to the sweetened milk and let it cook
  • Then add dry fruits and coconut to the milk
  • Stir well to mix
  • Then take grapes and squash using a spoon
  • Then add it to the milk and mix well
  • Keep ⅛ th of grapes aside for garnishing
  • Once everything is mixed well
  • Remove from heat and serve hot or chilled
