Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Milk – 500 ml

  • Sugar – to taste

  • Condensed milk – 1 cup

  • Vermicelli (thin) – 1 cup

  • Grapes – 1 cup

  • Ghee – 3 tablespoons

  • Charoli (chironji) – 1tablespoon

  • Pistachios – 2 teaspoons

  • Chipped Almond – 2 teaspoon

  • Cashews – 2 teaspoons

  • Rasins – 2 teaspoons

  • Chopped coconut kernal – 1 tablespoon

Directions

    Take grapes in a pan and add sugar to taste

    Keep the flame on medium

  • 03

    Let the sugar melt and grapes become soft

    Keep stirring to avoid burning

    Then remove from heat and keep it aside

    Take milk in a sauce pan and bring to boil

    Add sugar and condensed milk to it

    Mix well and lower the flame

    Meanwhile, take a small pan and melt ghee in it

    Then add dry fruits & coconut one by one and roast until golden

    Also add vermicelli to it and roast till light brown

    Then remove from heat

    Add vermicelli to the sweetened milk and let it cook

    Then add dry fruits and coconut to the milk

    Stir well to mix

    Then take grapes and squash using a spoon

    Then add it to the milk and mix well

    Keep ⅛ th of grapes aside for garnishing

    Once everything is mixed well

    Remove from heat and serve hot or chilled
