Ingredients

  • 1 cups ragi semiya


  • 2 cups boiled milk


  • 1 pinch cardamom powder


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 15 nos nuts to garnish

Directions

  • Simmer boiling milk for about 5 minutes
  • Roast semiya lightly in ghee and add to the milk and cook until it turns soft
  • Cooking time depends on the quantity of semiya
  • Do not overcook it and do not stir vigorously,can become sticky
  • Off the stove
  • stir once
  • Garnish with nuts
