Ingredients

  • ragi semiya 1 cups

  • boiled milk 2 cups

  • cardamom powder 1 pinch

  • ghee 1 tbsp

  • nuts to garnish 15 nos

Directions

    Simmer boiling milk for about 5 minutes

  • 02

    Roast semiya lightly in ghee and add to the milk and cook until it turns soft

  • 03

    Cooking time depends on the quantity of semiya

  • 04

    Do not overcook it and do not stir vigorously,can become sticky

  • 05

    Off the stove

  • 06

    stir once

  • 07

    Garnish with nuts
