Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Mango pulp 1 cups

  • Sugar 4 tsp

  • Jaggery 1/2 cups

  • Saffron strands 2 nos

  • Coconut milk (first extract) 1 cups

  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp

  • Bits of coconut 1 tbsp

  • Ghee 1 tsp

Directions

    In a kadai, add the jaggery with little water and melt the same

  • 02

    Remove the impurities

  • 03

    Add the mango pulp, sugar, saffron strands to this and cook for 5 minutes

  • 04

    Switch off the gas, add the coconut milk, cardomom powder and stir well

  • 05

    Garnish with coconut bits fried in ghee
