Ingredients
Serves 2
Mango pulp 1 cups
Sugar 4 tsp
Jaggery 1/2 cups
Saffron strands 2 nos
Coconut milk (first extract) 1 cups
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Bits of coconut 1 tbsp
Ghee 1 tsp
Directions
In a kadai, add the jaggery with little water and melt the same
Remove the impurities
Add the mango pulp, sugar, saffron strands to this and cook for 5 minutes
Switch off the gas, add the coconut milk, cardomom powder and stir well
Garnish with coconut bits fried in ghee
