Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups mango pulp


  • 4 tsp sugar


  • 1/2 cups jaggery


  • 2 nos saffron strands


  • 1 cups coconut milk (first extract)


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1 tbsp bits of coconut


  • 1 tsp ghee

Directions

  • In a kadai, add the jaggery with little water and melt the same
  • Remove the impurities
  • Add the mango pulp, sugar, saffron strands to this and cook for 5 minutes
  • Switch off the gas, add the coconut milk, cardomom powder and stir well
  • Garnish with coconut bits fried in ghee
