Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 250 gms pumpkin


  • 1/2 cups thick coconut milk(onnam paal)


  • 1 cups thin coconut milk(randam paal)


  • 150 gms jaggery


  • 1/4 cups cashew nuts


  • 2 nos raisins


  • 1 tsp ghee

Directions

  • Pressure cook pumpkin for 10 min in medium flame
  • Grind pumpkin and keep it aside
  • Make thick jaggery solution with 1/2 cup of water
  • Add Pumpkin puree and cook for 5-7 minutes
  • Stir continuously
  • Add think coconut milk and stir well for 3-4 minutes
  • Add thick coconut milk and cardamom powder
  • Stir well
  • When it starts to boil remove from flame
  • Add fried cashew and kismis along with the ghee
