Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1/3 cups roasted vermicelli


  • 2 cups milk


  • 1/3 cups sugar


  • 1 cups pumpkin puree


  • 1/4 cups cashew nuts


  • 1 tbsp raisins


  • 1/3 cups makhaane


  • 1 tsp chironji


  • 2 tsp almonds


  • 2-3 tbsp ghee


  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Directions

  • Roast the dry fruits for 3-4 minutes on low flame with 1 tsp of ghee
  • Takr out dry fruits and Crushed roughly
  • Take pan and add remaining ghee and add pumpkin puree and stir then cover the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes
  • After 10 minutes add milk and stir
  • After 2 minutes of adding Milk,add Vermicelli and stir for 2 minutes
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes and then add sugar
  • Again cook for 5-7 minutes on low flame and then add dry fruits and switch off the gas then add Cardamom powder
  • Garnish with Chopped pistachios and serve hot
