Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Roasted Vermicelli 1/3 cups

  • Milk 2 cups

  • Sugar 1/3 cups

  • Pumpkin puree 1 cups

  • Cashew nuts 1/4 cups

  • Raisins 1 tbsp

  • Makhaane 1/3 cups

  • Chironji 1 tsp

  • Almonds 2 tsp

  • Ghee 2-3 tbsp

  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    Roast the dry fruits for 3-4 minutes on low flame with 1 tsp of ghee

  • 02

    Takr out dry fruits and Crushed roughly

  • 03

    Take pan and add remaining ghee and add pumpkin puree and stir then cover the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes

  • 04

    After 10 minutes add milk and stir

  • 05

    After 2 minutes of adding Milk,add Vermicelli and stir for 2 minutes

  • 06

    Cook for 10-12 minutes and then add sugar

  • 07

    Again cook for 5-7 minutes on low flame and then add dry fruits and switch off the gas then add Cardamom powder

  • 08

    Garnish with Chopped pistachios and serve hot
