Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups soaked sabudana


  • 1 cups grated potatoes


  • 4 tbsp rice flour


  • 1 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp udupi ruchi garam masala


  • 2 tbsp salt


  • 4 tbsp oil for frying


  • 1 tbsp crushed black pepper powder

Directions

  • Take the soaked sabudana, boiled potatoes, and rice flour and mix well
  • Now add all the spices like haldi,salt,garam masala and black pepper powder and mix well.
  • Now take some amount of mixture and make its tikki.
  • In a tawa put the oil and fry the tikkis and serve it hot.
