Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Roasted Seviyan 1/2 cups

  • Full fat milk 500 ml

  • Saffron strands 5 nos

  • Chopped pista, 1 tbsp

  • Sugar 3 tbsp

  • Condensed milk 2 tbsp

Directions

  • 01

    Bring the milk to a boil.

  • 02

    Remove 2 tablespoon and soak the saffron strands.

  • 03

    Add the sugar, condensed milk and Seviyan

  • 04

    Let it cook till the Seviyan soak the milk and become soft.

  • 05

    Shut off the flame.

  • 06

    Garnish with pistas and soaked saffron strands.

  • 07

    Serve hot.
