Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 cups roasted seviyan


  • 500 ml full fat milk


  • 5 nos saffron strands


  • 1 tbsp chopped pista,


  • 3 tbsp sugar


  • 2 tbsp condensed milk

Directions

  • Bring the milk to a boil.
  • Remove 2 tablespoon and soak the saffron strands.
  • Add the sugar, condensed milk and Seviyan
  • Let it cook till the Seviyan soak the milk and become soft.
  • Shut off the flame.
  • Garnish with pistas and soaked saffron strands.
  • Serve hot.
