Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 tbsp flax seed powder


  • 1 cups bengal gram flour


  • 6 nos slices of onion


  • 4 nos slices of tomato (round)


  • 1 tbsp clarified butter/ghee


  • 1/2 tsp coriander and cumin seeds powder


  • 6 nos salt


  • 2 sprig coriander leaves


  • 1 nos green chilly

Directions

  • Take a bowl.Add bengal gram flour and add flax seed powder, sprinkle some salt , coriander and cumin seeds powder,finely chopped green chilly.
  • Pour water till a dosa consistency batter is obtained. Mix well.
  • Heat a non-stick pan.Grease it with ghee . Arrange the sluces of tomato and onions in circles.
  • Now pour the batter carefully over the slices so that all slices are covered uniforlmy with it.
  • Cook for 3 to 5 minutes on a medium flame then slowly turn the omelette and fry the other end of it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Serve hot .
