Flax seed powder 1 tbsp
bengal gram flour 1 cups
Slices of onion 6 nos
Slices of tomato (round) 4 nos
clarified butter/ghee 1 tbsp
coriander and cumin seeds powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 6 nos
coriander leaves 2 sprig
Green Chilly 1 nos
Take a bowl.Add bengal gram flour and add flax seed powder, sprinkle some salt , coriander and cumin seeds powder,finely chopped green chilly.
Pour water till a dosa consistency batter is obtained. Mix well.
Heat a non-stick pan.Grease it with ghee . Arrange the sluces of tomato and onions in circles.
Now pour the batter carefully over the slices so that all slices are covered uniforlmy with it.
Cook for 3 to 5 minutes on a medium flame then slowly turn the omelette and fry the other end of it for 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve hot .
