  • Fully ripe ethapazham 1 nos

  • Jaggery 1 tbsp

Directions

  • 01

    Cut the pazham into three pieces

  • 02

    In a vessel put the pieces and add water above the level of the pieces

  • 03

    Add jaggery and boil for 15 - 20 minutes

  • 04

    When it is cooked,remove from the water

  • 05

    Cool then remove the skin and serve
