  • 1 nos fully ripe ethapazham


  • 1 tbsp jaggery

Directions

  • Cut the pazham into three pieces
  • In a vessel put the pieces and add water above the level of the pieces
  • Add jaggery and boil for 15 - 20 minutes
  • When it is cooked,remove from the water
  • Cool then remove the skin and serve
