Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Vermicelli/ Sevai 1 cups

  • Ghee 2 tbsp

  • Milk 1 litre

  • Sugar 3/4 cups

  • Green cardamom 2 nos

  • Bay Leaf 1 nos

  • Roasted cashew 10-15 nos

  • Raisins 10-15 nos

Directions

    Boil 1 litre milk and make it condense and keep aside

  • 02

    Now heat ghee in a wok and add bay leaves.

    Fry vermicelli in ghee for 3 to 4 minutes.

    Once vermicelli turns slight brown, add milk into it.

    Keep stirring it. Vermicelli should be cooked properly in milk.

    When it is almost cooked, add sugar and keep stirring.

    Now add crushed green cardamom into it .

  • 08

    Turn off the gas and garnish with roasted cashew and raisins. Keep it in freeze and serve it cool.
