Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups vermicelli/ sevai


  • 2 tbsp ghee


  • 1 litre milk


  • 3/4 cups sugar


  • 2 nos green cardamom


  • 1 nos bay leaf


  • 10-15 nos roasted cashew


  • 10-15 nos raisins

Directions

  • Boil 1 litre milk and make it condense and keep aside
  • Now heat ghee in a wok and add bay leaves.
  • Fry vermicelli in ghee for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Once vermicelli turns slight brown, add milk into it.
  • Keep stirring it. Vermicelli should be cooked properly in milk.
  • When it is almost cooked, add sugar and keep stirring.
  • Now add crushed green cardamom into it .
  • Turn off the gas and garnish with roasted cashew and raisins. Keep it in freeze and serve it cool.
