Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups oats


  • 1 cups milk


  • 1/2 cups water


  • 1 cups coconut milk (thick)


  • 1/2 cups condensed milk


  • 2 nos cardamom (crushed)


  • 1/4 cups sugar


  • 1/4 cups dry fruits (raisins, pista, cashew nuts, almonds) optional

Directions

  • Heat ghee in a pan and fry the dry fruits. Once done, keep it aside.
  • In the same pan, mix milk and water and boil.
  • Once it boils add in the sugar and mix well.
  • Then add the oats. Allow to cook for 5-8 minutes.
  • Now add the condensed milk and keep stirring.
  • Add in the cardamom.
  • Once cooked, lower the flame and add the coconut milk and mix well. It should not boil, switch the flame off once it gets warm.
  • Garnish with the fried dry fruits.
