Ingredients

Serves 4

  • oats 1 cups

  • milk 1 cups

  • water 1/2 cups

  • coconut milk (thick) 1 cups

  • Condensed milk 1/2 cups

  • cardamom (crushed) 2 nos

  • sugar 1/4 cups

  • Dry fruits (raisins, pista, cashew nuts, almonds) optional 1/4 cups

Directions

    Heat ghee in a pan and fry the dry fruits. Once done, keep it aside.

    In the same pan, mix milk and water and boil.

    Once it boils add in the sugar and mix well.

  • 04

    Then add the oats. Allow to cook for 5-8 minutes.

    Now add the condensed milk and keep stirring.

    Add in the cardamom.

    Once cooked, lower the flame and add the coconut milk and mix well. It should not boil, switch the flame off once it gets warm.

  • 08

    Garnish with the fried dry fruits.
