Ingredients

Serves 25

  • mutton minced 500 gms

  • bengal gram soaked overnight 1/2 cups

  • garlic pods peeled 15-20 nos

  • ginger sliced 2 tbsp

  • cardamoms black 4 nos

  • cardamoms green 10 nos

  • cinnamon stick 2 nos

  • Kashmiri chili powder 1 tbsp

  • turmeric powder 2 tsp

  • water 5 cups

  • coriander leaves Fresh chopped 1/4 cups

  • chilies green chopped 1 tbsp

  • cumin seed 1 tsp

  • ghee Oil or for deep fry 1/2 cups

  • For Yogurt Dip:curd fresh hang 1 cups

  • lemon juice fresh 1 tbsp

  • salt 1 tsp

Directions

    Take all the ingredients from top to water in the above list and pressure cook them for two whistle

  • 02

    Open and cook till all the water has evaporated

  • 03

    Discard cinnamon stick,cardamoms from the mixture

  • 04

    Cool it and make a paste of it adding coriander leaves ,green chilies and cumin

  • 05

    Divide the mixture equally into lemon-sized portions and shape each of them into patty

  • 06

    Deep fry them in hot oil

  • 07

    To prepare the dip ,just mix all the ingredients

  • 08

    You can add 1/2 tsp red-chili paste if you want more spicy kick

  • 09

    Enjoy the hot kebabs with your dip
