Put lentils and green chilly in a grinder jar and make fine but thick paste with very little water
Take a large bowl
Mix all dry spices, ginger - garlic paste, chopped onion, spinach, salt and lentil's paste together
Mix well and keep aside
Heat large amount oil in a deep thick botton kadhai on medium heat
When oil is heated properly drop small portion as pakoda in oil help of spoon
Fry both sides of pakodas till golden brown colour
Take out them from oil and keep it on tissue paper so that extra oil will be observed
Serve hot pakodas with tomato sauce, termind chatney and mint raita
Crunchy, yummy and delicious bites are ready to spark your taste buds
Note - Any other leafy vegetables can be use replace of spinach
It can be best choice for kitty parties, birthday party and cocktail party
