Ingredients

Serves 15

  • water 1 cups

  • turmeric powder 1 tbsp

  • ginger paste 1 tbsp

  • garlic Paste 1 tbsp

  • green chili 4 nos

  • chili powder KashmirI red 1 tsp

  • coriander Powder 1 tbsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • gram flour 2 tbsp

  • coriander leaves Fresh Chopped 2 tbsp

  • salt per taste 1 pinch

  • Raw Jack-Fruit 1 cups

Directions

    Add turmeric to water

  • 02

    Boil jack-fruit cubes in that until they are soft and done

  • 03

    Drain the water and cool them

  • 04

    Grind them coarsely in a grinder with green chilis

  • 05

    Add ginger garlic paste , red chili powder, coriander powder,chopped fresh coriander leaves, garam masala,salt per taste and mix well

    Add gram flour for binding

  • 07

    Make small balls out of that (double the size of a lemon)

    Flatten those balls on your palm with wet fingers

    Raw Jack-fruit

  • 10

    Add 1 tbsp oil in a pan for frying at medium flame

  • 11

    Fry kebab in that until both side are done

  • 12

    Serve hot with mint chutney & onion slices
