Cur each chicken breast into 3 large chunks
In a food processor grind up the Ritz crackers
Pour the milk, cheese and cracker crumbs into 3 separate dishes.
Dip each piece of chicken into the milk then the cheese.
Lay the chicken in an oven dish and sprinkle the parsley over the chicken
Bake at 200°C for 35 mins
