Boil water in an idly stand
Put little bit oil on idly plates
Take a large bowl
Mix oats, samolina, curd, sugar, greated ginger, green chillies,1 tbsp coriander leaves and salt together
Keep aside for 10 minutes
When water starts boiling, reduce heat
Now add Eno salt in mixture and mix it very
well
Put little mixture in each plate and steamed it for 15 minutes on low heat
Cool it down n cut into 4 - 6 pieces according to your taste
Heat oil in a fry pan
Now add mustard seeds, red chilli, curry leaves and fry for 30 seconds
Fry all dhokla pieces in pan for 5 minutes
Garnish it with fresh chopped coriander leaves and greated coconut
Serve it with coriander chatney and tomato sauce
