Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 cups oats


  • 1/3 cups samolina (suji)


  • 2 cups curd


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 1 nos eno fruit salt sachet packet


  • 1 tbsp ginger grated


  • 2 nos green chilly finely chopped


  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil


  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 sprig curry leaves


  • 2 tsp coriander leaves finely chopped


  • 1 tbsp freshly greated coconut


  • 1 pinch salt to taste

Directions

  • Boil water in an idly stand
  • Put little bit oil on idly plates
  • Take a large bowl
  • Mix oats, samolina, curd, sugar, greated ginger, green chillies,1 tbsp coriander leaves and salt together
  • Keep aside for 10 minutes
  • When water starts boiling, reduce heat
  • Now add Eno salt in mixture and mix it very
  • well
  • Put little mixture in each plate and steamed it for 15 minutes on low heat
  • Cool it down n cut into 4 - 6 pieces according to your taste
  • Heat oil in a fry pan
  • Now add mustard seeds, red chilli, curry leaves and fry for 30 seconds
  • Fry all dhokla pieces in pan for 5 minutes
  • Garnish it with fresh chopped coriander leaves and greated coconut
  • Serve it with coriander chatney and tomato sauce
