Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1/2 kgs thick red chillies


  • 1 cups lemon juice


  • 20 nos lemon


  • 1.5 tbsp carom seeds


  • 1 tbsp kalonji (onion seeds)


  • 2 tbsp mustard powder


  • 2 tbsp sugar


  • 1/2 cups salt

Directions

  • Cut lemon in 4 pieces or 8 pieces according to lemon size and chillies in bite size
  • Take a large glass/ plastic bowl
  • Mix all ingredients together and keep it in sunlight for 2 days
  • After that shift it in a glass jar
  • It will take 7 days to get ready to eat
  • First seven days don't keep lid on it
  • Just wrap up a muslin cloth on neck of jar
  • Now it's ready to have this pickle anytime
