Ingredients

Serves 5

  • Thick Red chillies 1/2 kgs

  • Lemon juice 1 cups

  • lemon 20 nos

  • Carom seeds 1.5 tbsp

  • Kalonji (onion seeds) 1 tbsp

  • Mustard powder 2 tbsp

  • Sugar 2 tbsp

  • Salt 1/2 cups

Directions

    Cut lemon in 4 pieces or 8 pieces according to lemon size and chillies in bite size

  • 02

    Take a large glass/ plastic bowl

  • 03

    Mix all ingredients together and keep it in sunlight for 2 days

  • 04

    After that shift it in a glass jar

  • 05

    It will take 7 days to get ready to eat

  • 06

    First seven days don't keep lid on it

  • 07

    Just wrap up a muslin cloth on neck of jar

    Now it's ready to have this pickle anytime
