Heat milk in a heavy bottom deep pot on high flame till one boil
Stir continuously
Reduce heat on low flame
Add soaked rice and ghee in milk n cook till turn thick
First 30 min
stir 4 - 5 times in between
After that stir continuously so that it will not burn in bottom
After next 20 min add kishmish, sugar and cook for another 10 minutes
Stir continuously while cooking
Now sprinkle green cardamom powder and mix well
Switch off gas stove
Cool it down naturally
Fry almonds and cashewnuts in ghee on medium flame then roughly chopped it
Add dry fruits in kheer before serving
