Red roses 4 nos
Hibiscus flowers 4-5 nos
Water 2 cups
Cinnamon 2 nos
Cardamom 2 nos
Star anise 1 nos
Ginger slice 4-5 nos
lemon 1/2 nos
Honey 1 tsp
Lemon Slices for garnish 2 nos
Directions
Take rose petals and wash it carefully.
Take hibiscus flowers and prick only petals from it and wast it .
You need rose petals 1 small bowl and 5 flowers of hibiscus for 2 serving.
When water start to boiling add star anise, cardamom, cinnamon,
When water start to boiling add star anise, cardamom, cinnamon and ginger slices into the pan.
Now add rose and hibiscus petals into the pan and lid it for 5 minute or water change its colour.
Mix it softly with the help of spoon and then strain the mixture in another bowl.
Now add honey into the bowl of red tea and mix it.
Pour this herbal red tea in your serving cup and add lemon slices
Serve it as a hot tea or you can add some ice and serve it like cold drink too.
