Cut paneer in cubes
Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan on medium heat
Add cumin seeds, green chillies and curry leaves n crack for few seconds till aroma comes out
Add crusted garlic cloves and fry for 1 min
Then add onion and fry just for one minute
Now add turmeric powder, sambhar powder, Kashmiri chilli powder and salt to taste n fry for 2 min on low heat
Stir twice to save from burning
Add paneer cubes and fry for another 2 min so that all spices will coat properly on paneer pieces
Stir gently twice while cooking
Sprinkle coriander leaves and switch off gas stove
Serve hot with chapati, paratha or nan in any meal as a side dish
It can be served as snacks item in cocktail/ mocktail party
