Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/3 cups white seasme


  • 2 tbsp peanuts


  • 3/4 cups coriander leaves ,finely chopped


  • 4 nos green chillies


  • 8 nos garlic cloves


  • 1 tsp ginger


  • 1 tbsp amchor powder


  • 2 tbsp mustard oil


  • 2 tsp salt to taste

Directions

  • Heat a heavy bottom pan on medium heat
  • Dry roast seasme seeds till pink colour
  • Let it cool down in fan air
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Crack chillies, garlic cloves and ginger for less than a minute so that aroma comes out from masala
  • Now put seasme seeds and peanuts in a chatney jar and grind without water for few seconds
  • Add fried masala, oil, coriander leaves, amchor powder and water n make a fine paste
  • Add salt to taste and again grind for 30 seconds,Take out chutney in a bowl
  • Serve it with any pakoda, cutlets or any meal as a side dish
