Heat a heavy bottom pan on medium heat
Dry roast seasme seeds till pink colour
Let it cool down in fan air
Heat oil in a pan
Crack chillies, garlic cloves and ginger for less than a minute so that aroma comes out from masala
Now put seasme seeds and peanuts in a chatney jar and grind without water for few seconds
Add fried masala, oil, coriander leaves, amchor powder and water n make a fine paste
Add salt to taste and again grind for 30 seconds,Take out chutney in a bowl
Serve it with any pakoda, cutlets or any meal as a side dish
