Cut stem and wash it properly
Put 1/2 cup water in a pressure cooker and add raw mango
Now cook Mango till 3 - 4 whistle on high flame, switch off gas stove
Cool it down naturally

Cooker mein chhilka ke sath sabit aam aur 1/2 cup pani dalkar madhim aanch per 3-4 siti lagakar paka lein
Cooker ko apne se thandha hone dein)
( Uble huye aam ka guda pani ke sath, kala aur safhed namak, bhuna huya jeera powder, chini aur pudina patti sabko ek sath mixer grinder ke jar mein dalkar acchha paste bana lein)
Now peel off Mango, scoop out pulp and measure it a cup,Put all ingredients as mango pulp + sour water, sugar, cumin powder, white + black salt and pudina leaves in a blender jar n make a fine paste
Store this paste in a jar and keep it in fridge,It can be store for 7 days
Whenever you want to have this drink, mix 1/4 part pulp and 3/4 part water in a glass
Add some ice cubes and mix well
Cool - cool Aam panna is ready to serve
