Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 250 gms paneer


  • 2 nos onion


  • 1 tsp ginger greated


  • 1 tsp garlic crushed


  • 1 nos tomato chopped in dice size


  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 1/2 nos red bell pepper


  • 1/4 tsp kashmiri chilli powder


  • 1 tbsp black pepper powder


  • 3 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp coriander leaves


  • 1 pinch salt to taste

Directions

  • Cut paneer in cubes
  • Heat oil in a pan on medium heat and just sprinkle a pinch of salt in it
  • Add chopped onion n fry for 2 min,Add garlic n ginger and fry for another 1 minute
  • Now add chopped tomato, chilli powder, blackpepper and stir properly
  • Fry it not more than 2 min
  • Add paneer cubes , bell pepper, tomato sauce and salt n cook for 2 min
  • Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati, plain paratha or naan
