Ingredients

Serves 4

  • peanut 2 cups

  • gram flour 1 cups

  • cumin powder 2 tsp

  • sesame seed white 1 tbsp

  • chili powder red 1 tbsp

  • mango powder Dry (amchur) 1 tsp

  • rice flour 2 tbsp

  • curry leaves (opt) 2 tbsp

  • water 1 cups

  • salt 1 tbsp

Directions

    Dry roast peanut for 2 minute

  • 02

    let it cool

    In a bowl mix gram flour, red chili powder,cumin powder,salt,amchur and sesame seed

  • 04

    Add 1 tbsp warm oil,chopped curry leaves and mix well

  • 05

    Add little water and make a thick batter

  • 06

    Mix peanut in the batter

  • 07

    Heat oil in Kadhai ,drop coated peanut into oil

  • 08

    Fry at medium flame until they are crispy and light brown

  • 09

    Cool it completely and serve
