Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups coconut fresh grated


  • 1/4 cups pea nut light roasted


  • 2-3 nos green chilly


  • 1 nos ginger fresh


  • 1 tbsp tamarind pulp


  • 1 tbsp salt per tastewater-1cup


  • 1 sprig for tempering:curry leaves fresh


  • 1 tsp mustard black


  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Except tempering part , take all other ingredients and add water to make a fine smooth paste
  • The consistency of chutney again is not any particular to follow,You can make thick or liquid as you like
  • Once the paste is ready,prepare tempering in a small wok
  • Put oil,add mustard seed
  • Be careful while adding as it will really start making noise,Add fresh curry leaves and switched off the flame immediately
  • Add this tempering on top of coconut chutney and mix well,Its ready
