Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Noodles 10 gms

  • Raw papaya 1 cups

  • Carrot medium size grated 1 nos

  • Cabbage finely chopped 1 cups

  • Coriander leaves - finely chopped 1 sprig

  • Venerable Oil 3 tbsp

  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

  • Chilled Water 2 litre

  • Salt - to taste 1 pinch

  • FOR DIP:Roasted peanuts 1/2 cups

  • Dry Red chilli 4 nos

  • green chilli 2 nos

  • Ginger Grated 1/4 tsp

  • Garlic cloves Peeled 4 nos

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Lemon Juice 2 tsp

Directions

    Boil water in a big pot, Then add little oil, 1/2 tsp salt and noodles in boiling water

  • 02

    When noodles is 90% cooked switch off the gas and drain the excess water

  • 03

    Spread it in a big place and cool it down

  • 04

    Take chilled water in a big open pan and add chopped raw papaya, cabbage, carrot and noodles and leave it for half an hour

    Boil red chillies in hot water till it turns tender

  • 06

    Put peanuts, ginger, garlic, green chillies, red chillies, lemon juice, salt and little water in a grinder and make a fine paste, Keep it in a bowl

    Take a large serving bowl, Add chilled noodles, raw vegetables, peanut dip, oil, black pepper powder, coriander leaves and salt to balance the taste and mix everything gently

    You can serve it chilled as breakfast or evening snack
