Wash garlic cloves and green chillies, Dry it properly with help of kitchen towel
Make slit in the middle of chillies
Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan on high flame
Now add asafoetida and panchforan in oil n crack for 20 seconds
Add green chillies and garlic cloves n fry for 5 minutes on medium flame
Now add dry spices like mustard powder, kashmiri chilly powder, turmeric powder, black and white salt
Fry for another 1 minute
Add lemon juice and switch off gas stove
When pickle will be cool down completely then keep it in a glass jar
Keep pickle in fridge it will be last longer time
Have it with any time with any meal
Note - Panchforan is blend of five whole spices in equal portion-Mustard seeds,Carom seeds (ajwain),Fenugreek seeds ( methi),Onion seeds (Kalonji),Anseeds (sanuf)
