Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 nos ripe mangoes


  • 2 cups milk


  • 2-3 tbsp sugar (vary on the basis of desired sweetness)


  • 1 tsp grated chocolate

Directions

  • Wash, peel and chop mangoes into small pieces, discard stone
  • Now transfer them into blender jar along with sugar
  • Blend until smooth and creamy with no mangoes chunks in it
  • Now add milk and blend it for few secondsPour prepared shake into serving glasses, garnish with grated chocolate and sliced mangoes
  • Now yummy mango shake is ready to beat the heat
  • Tips:For thick shake you can decrease the quantity of milk and add more milk for thin one
  • For healthier version, you can replace sugar with honey or jaggery,Unfortunately the mangoes which I have used here was not very sweet so I added more sugar in i, But you can add very little sugar according to sweetness of mango and also your desire
  • You can also top it up with large scoop of vanilla ice cream and few nuts for mango shake with ice cream
