Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3/4 nos boiled potatoes peeled and diced


  • 2 nos finely chopped onion


  • 1 tbsp chopped green chillies


  • 1 tbsp grated ginger


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seed


  • 2 nos dry red chillies


  • 1 tsp aloo dum masala ( you can use other masala if this is not available)


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 2 tbsp mustard oil (any other cooking oil)


  • 1 sprig chopped coriander leaves / dhaniya patti

Directions

  • Heat oil in pan, After heating add dry red chillies and jeera
  • Then add chopped chillies, ginger and onion and saute till onion turns light brown
  • After this, add all the dry spices and mix it well
  • Now add boiled potatoes and mix it on high flame for a minute or two so as to get little crisp potatoes
  • After cooking it for 5-6 minutes , switch off the flame
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve with ajwain poori
