In a bowl, add all the wet ingredients milk, oil, vanilla and 3 tbsp mango pulp
Then add all the dry ingredients flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda
Mix everything well and add chocolate chips/nuts
Transfer this mix in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 2 minutes
I checked the mix after 90 seconds, it was little wet so left for another 30 seconds
Take out the mango cake
Now pour the leftover 1 tbsp mango pulp on the cake and smoothen it
Then sprinkle grated chocolates and put few gems on it
Now you yummy instant mango cake is ready to serve
Tips:Keep checking cake at 90 sec and after 2 min
Insert a toothpick in the cake, if it comes out clean then your cake is ready
Do not overbake,If you over bake, it will be rubbery
I pulsed granulated sugar in the blender so it will dissolve easily
It its not done in 2 minutes, leave it for another 10 seconds
You can use any other fruit puree other than mango too
Mix gently,Mixing too much can make the cake hard
Do not add too much mango pulp otherwise it will become soggy
