  • 4 tbsp all purpose flour / maida

  • 4 tbsp sugar powdered

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 4 tsp mango puree

  • 1 tsp oil

  • 4 tbsp milk

  • 1-3 drop vanilla extract

  • 5-6 nos grated chocolate and gems for plating (you can choose chocolate chips /nuts etc)


  • In a bowl, add all the wet ingredients milk, oil, vanilla and 3 tbsp mango pulp
  • Then add all the dry ingredients flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda
  • Mix everything well and add chocolate chips/nuts
  • Transfer this mix in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 2 minutes
  • I checked the mix after 90 seconds, it was little wet so left for another 30 seconds
  • Take out the mango cake
  • Now pour the leftover 1 tbsp mango pulp on the cake and smoothen it
  • Then sprinkle grated chocolates and put few gems on it
  • Now you yummy instant mango cake is ready to serve
  • Tips:Keep checking cake at 90 sec and after 2 min
  • Insert a toothpick in the cake, if it comes out clean then your cake is ready
  • Do not overbake,If you over bake, it will be rubbery
  • I pulsed granulated sugar in the blender so it will dissolve easily
  • It its not done in 2 minutes, leave it for another 10 seconds
  • You can use any other fruit puree other than mango too
  • Mix gently,Mixing too much can make the cake hard
  • Do not add too much mango pulp otherwise it will become soggy
