Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 3-4 nos mangoes peeled and diced


  • 3-4 tbsp sugar / cheeni /honey (quantity may vary depending upon mango sweetness)


  • 4 tbsp curd / dahi


  • 1/2 cups milk (optional)


  • 1 tbsp rose water (gulab jal)/cardamom powder (elaichi powder)

Directions

  • Put diced mangoes and sugar in a mixer jar and mix for a minute or two to get smooth paste
  • Now add curd and rose water or cardamom powder and mix again till it became smooth
  • If your lassi become thick then you can add milk and mix again
  • Put this lassi in fridge for half an hour
  • Your chilled mango lassi is ready to beat the heat
